At eBike Replacement Battery, we are committed to providing clear shipping information for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders, including shipping terms, customs responsibilities, and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Terms

Our shipments may be arranged under either DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, depending on the product type, destination, and shipping method.

Battery Shipments

For battery products, shipments to most locations in the United States and most regions in the European Union are usually arranged under DDP terms, except for certain special addresses, islands, restricted postal codes, or other excluded areas. If a destination is not eligible for DDP service, the shipment will be arranged under DAP terms instead.

General Cargo

For general cargo and non-battery products, shipments are generally arranged under DAP terms rather than DDP.

Special Cases

Certain shipments may also be handled under DAP terms depending on the circumstances, including but not limited to:

• special shipping methods requested by the customer
• lower-cost postal shipping options
• certain restricted destinations
• selected business orders
• courier shipments such as HKUPS, FedEx, or DHL

In addition, Satiator products are shipped directly by the manufacturer and are available only under DAP terms. If any special shipping situation applies, we will communicate with the customer by email.

2. Order Processing Time
For in-stock items, orders are usually prepared and packed within 1–2 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, transit and handover times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery is usually around 2–3 weeks.

4. Customs Clearance
For most battery shipments to the United States and the European Union, we usually arrange delivery on a duty-paid basis (DDP), which means customers usually do not need to handle customs clearance.

5. Duties and Taxes
Under DDP arrangements, import duties and taxes are generally included. In some cases, shipments may be arranged on a delivery-at-place basis (DAP), which means duties and taxes may need to be paid separately upon import or delivery.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

7. Free Shipping

At this time, free shipping is not included unless otherwise stated.

8. DDP / DAP Communication

In some cases, customers may not know in advance whether their shipment will be sent under DDP or DAP terms. Where necessary, we will communicate with customers by email regarding special shipping arrangements or exceptions.
